Social Gastronomy

Food has played a central role in shaping the trajectory of our human civilization. Food facilitates conversation, forms communities, and molds nations and beliefs. The rise of industrial revolutions propelled societal advancements around economies. 

However, although it may appear that we have thrived, our society is marked by fragmentation and disparity. We Earthlings struggle to restore balance and face a multitude of social issues. Bearing in mind that food forms the bedrock of human civilization, we believe that revisiting our origins and reshaping societal structures through food will serve as one of numerous approaches to address these challenges.
